Screen malfunctions, charger docking stations, power button, exposure to water and improper use are not covered by the warranty.

The Company is not responsible for the loss of any data stored on the device during maintenance, such as contacts and images.

The maintenance receipt should be presented when picking up the device.

The Company bears no responsibility for any additional malfunctions after the maintenance document has been signed, therefore it is important to ensure that the device is functioning properly when picking it up.

The warranty of any device serviced outside our maintenance centers shall be cancelled.

If upon inspection the cost of repairing the malfunction is found to be less than JD15 the device shall be fixed without referring back to the customer.
